Realistic Scenario & Simulation Training Center

The EOD Academy operates a privately run scenario and simulation training center for professional security, risk, and operational training.
Located in a rural area of Bavaria, the site combines multiple specialized training environments that can be used individually or in a modular configuration.

The EOD Academy provides infrastructure, scenarios, and controlled training environments. All activities are conducted in a civilian, non-sovereign, and legally compliant framework, without the use of explosives, pyrotechnics, or live weapons.

Training Infrastructure – Modular Academy Concept

The EOD Academy is structured into three clearly defined modules:

• Module 1 – Controlled Indoor & Complex Scenarios
  Original bank facility and multi-story building complex

• Modul 2 – Urban & Outdoor Scenario Area
  Large-scale urban outdoor training area (approx. 26,500 m²)

• Module 3 – Technical Systems: Demonstration & User Instruction
  Neutral environment for product demonstrations and user training
